Embroidery in Loda, IL.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Loda gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Loda

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Loda, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Loda at a community of 344 on 1.5 square miles of Illinois, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Paxton, IL (4 mi), Buckley, IL (6 mi), Roberts, IL (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Grissom Air Reserve Base, roughly 106 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Loda.

Embroidery demand around Loda does not stop at the town line. Crews from Paxton (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Loda gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Loda customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Loda customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Loda customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Loda addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Loda crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Loda crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
