Embroidery in Maddock, ND.

Custom embroidered gear for Maddock businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Maddock

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Maddock, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Maddock at a community of 384 on 0.9 square miles of North Dakota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Esmond, ND (12 mi), Heimdal, ND (13 mi), Hamberg, ND (14 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Minot Air Force Base, roughly 83 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Maddock counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around Maddock does not stop at the town line. Crews from Esmond (12 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Maddock gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Maddock customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Maddock customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Maddock addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your maddock crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
