Embroidery delivered to Maury

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Maury, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Maury to the other, 1.1 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Hookerton, NC (4 mi), Snow Hill, NC (5 mi), Farmville, NC (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Seymour Johnson AFB sits about 23 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Maury.

Because Hookerton sits only 4 miles from Maury, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Maury gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Maury customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Maury customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Maury customers see.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pack$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Maury addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Maury crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Maury crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
