Embroidery delivered to McGraw

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For McGraw, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 977 spread over 1.0 square miles, McGraw gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Blodgett Mills, NY (3 mi), Cortland, NY (4 mi), Homer, NY (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Tobyhanna Army Depot sits about 85 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to McGraw.

Embroidery demand around McGraw does not stop at the town line. Crews from Blodgett Mills (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What McGraw gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For McGraw customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks McGraw customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to McGraw addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your McGraw crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your McGraw crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
