Embroidery delivered to McMurray

McMurray crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any McMurray address in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of McMurray to the other, 3.1 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Thompsonville, PA (1 mi), Lawrence, PA (2 mi), Hendersonville, PA (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Camp Dawson sits about 60 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in McMurray counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around McMurray does not stop at the town line. Crews from Thompsonville (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What McMurray gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Mcmurray customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among McMurray customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what McMurray customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
Pack of 25$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to McMurray addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your mcmurray crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
