Embroidery in Mena, AR.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Mena gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Embroidery delivered to Mena

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Mena, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 5,600 people spread over 6.9 square miles, Mena gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Acorn, AR (5 mi), Board Camp, AR (10 mi), Hatfield, AR (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Little Rock Air Force Base sits about 121 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Mena.

Because Acorn sits only 5 miles from Mena, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Mena gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Mena customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Mena customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Mena addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Mena crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Mena crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
