From single pieces to full crew runs, Mona gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Mona, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Mona is home to about 1,900 people across 2.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Nephi, UT (7 mi), Rocky Ridge, UT (8 mi), Goshen, UT (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Camp Williams sits about 46 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Mona.
Because Nephi sits only 7 miles from Mona, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Mona customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Mona customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Mona customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Mona addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Mona crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
