Embroidery in Mounds, IL.

Custom embroidered gear for Mounds businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Mounds

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Mounds, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Mounds at a community of 616 on 1.2 square miles of Illinois, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Mound City, IL (3 mi), Unity, IL (5 mi), Pulaski, IL (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Scott Air Force Base sits about 106 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Mounds.

Because Mound City sits only 3 miles from Mounds, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Mounds gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Mounds customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Mounds customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Mounds customers see.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Mounds addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Mounds crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Mounds crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
