Embroidery for Noma: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Noma crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Noma address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Noma at a community of 215 on 1.1 square miles of Florida, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Esto, FL (1 mi), Graceville, FL (7 mi), Black, AL (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Novosel sits about 27 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Noma.
A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Florida mixes Noma crews with neighbors like Esto, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Noma customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Noma customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Noma customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
The timeline to Noma addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
