From single pieces to full crew runs, Northlake gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Northlake crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Northlake address in 5 to 7 business days.
Northlake covers 4.1 square miles of South Carolina, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Centerville, SC (3 mi), Anderson, SC (4 mi), Sandy Springs, SC (4 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Jackson, roughly 108 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Northlake.
A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of South Carolina mixes Northlake crews with neighbors like Centerville, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Northlake customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Northlake customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Northlake customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Every order ships tracked to Northlake addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your northlake crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
