Embroidery in Ochelata, OK.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Ochelata gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Ochelata

Ochelata crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Ochelata address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Ochelata at a community of 438 on 0.7 square miles of Oklahoma, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Ramona, OK (5 mi), Avant, OK (9 mi), Bartlesville, OK (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Vance Air Force Base sits about 106 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Ochelata.

Embroidery demand around Ochelata does not stop at the town line. Crews from Ramona (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Ochelata gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Ochelata customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Ochelata customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

What it costs

Budget planning for Ochelata customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Ochelata addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Ochelata crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Ochelata crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
