Embroidery delivered to Omega

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Omega, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Omega is home to about 1,300 people across 1.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Norman Park, GA (7 mi), Phillipsburg, GA (8 mi), Unionville, GA (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. MCLB Albany, around 38 miles from Omega, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Omega counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around Omega does not stop at the town line. Crews from Norman Park (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Omega gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Omega customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Omega customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Omega addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Omega crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Omega crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
