Embroidery in Orchard, IA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Orchard gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Orchard

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Orchard, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Orchard at a community of 67 on 0.1 square miles of Iowa, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Osage, IA (4 mi), Floyd, IA (7 mi), New Haven, IA (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort McCoy, around 110 miles from Orchard, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Orchard.

Because Osage sits only 4 miles from Orchard, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Orchard gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Orchard customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Orchard customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Orchard addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Orchard crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Orchard crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
