From single pieces to full crew runs, Pacolet gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Pacolet, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Pacolet is home to about 2,500 people across 5.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Central Pacolet, SC (1 mi), Glendale, SC (5 mi), Camp Croft, SC (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Jackson, roughly 77 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Pacolet.
Embroidery demand around Pacolet does not stop at the town line. Crews from Central Pacolet (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Pacolet customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Pacolet customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Pacolet customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Pacolet addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your pacolet crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
