Embroidery delivered to Pantego

Pantego crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Pantego address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Pantego at a community of 163 on 0.8 square miles of North Carolina, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Belhaven, NC (4 mi), Pinetown, NC (11 mi), Bath, NC (12 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, MCAS Cherry Point sits about 49 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Pantego.

Embroidery demand around Pantego does not stop at the town line. Crews from Belhaven (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Pantego gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Pantego customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Pantego customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Pantego addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Pantego crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Pantego crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
