Embroidery in Parshall, ND.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Parshall gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Parshall

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Parshall, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 898 spread over 3.5 square miles, Parshall gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Plaza, ND (9 mi), Makoti, ND (15 mi), New Town, ND (17 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Minot Air Force Base, roughly 44 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Parshall.

Because Plaza sits only 9 miles from Parshall, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Parshall gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Parshall customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Parshall customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Parshall addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Parshall crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
