Embroidery in Pelkie, MI.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Pelkie gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Pelkie

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Pelkie, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Pelkie to the other, 1.3 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Baraga, MI (7 mi), L'Anse, MI (10 mi), Zeba, MI (11 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City sits about 204 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Pelkie.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Michigan mixes Pelkie crews with neighbors like Baraga, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Pelkie gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Pelkie customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Pelkie customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Budget planning for Pelkie customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Pelkie addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Pelkie crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Pelkie crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
