Embroidery in Perla, AR.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Perla gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Perla

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Perla, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 258 spread over 1.0 square miles, Perla gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Malvern, AR (3 mi), Rockport, AR (3 mi), Magnet Cove, AR (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Little Rock Air Force Base, around 51 miles from Perla, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Perla.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Arkansas mixes Perla crews with neighbors like Malvern, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Perla gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Perla customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Perla customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Perla customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Perla addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Perla crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Perla crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
