From single pieces to full crew runs, Pierz gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Pierz, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Pierz at about 1,500 people on 1.4 square miles of Minnesota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Genola, MN (1 mi), Lastrup, MN (5 mi), Buckman, MN (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Ripley, roughly 12 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Pierz.
Because Genola sits only 1 miles from Pierz, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Pierz customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Pierz customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Pierz customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Pierz addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Pierz crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
