Embroidery in Prunedale, CA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Prunedale gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Prunedale

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Prunedale, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 46.1 square miles of Prunedale sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Elkhorn, CA (4 mi), Aromas, CA (5 mi), Las Lomas, CA (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Presidio of Monterey, roughly 19 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Prunedale.

Embroidery demand around Prunedale does not stop at the town line. Crews from Elkhorn (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Prunedale gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Prunedale customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Prunedale customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Prunedale customers see.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Prunedale addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Prunedale crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
