Embroidery delivered to Pumpkin Center

Pumpkin Center crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Pumpkin Center address in 5 to 7 business days.

Pumpkin Center covers 1.3 square miles of North Carolina, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Piney Green, NC (4 mi), Jacksonville, NC (4 mi), Half Moon, NC (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Camp Lejeune, around 4 miles from Pumpkin Center, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Pumpkin Center.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of North Carolina mixes Pumpkin Center crews with neighbors like Piney Green, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Pumpkin Center gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Pumpkin center customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Pumpkin Center customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Pumpkin Center customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Pumpkin Center addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your pumpkin center crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
