Embroidery in Quay, OK.

Custom embroidered gear for Quay businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Quay

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Quay, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.2 square miles of Quay sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Yale, OK (3 mi), Maramec, OK (6 mi), Lone Chimney, OK (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Tinker Air Force Base, roughly 66 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Quay counted against your roster.

Because Yale sits only 3 miles from Quay, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Quay gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Quay customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Quay customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Quay customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Quay addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Quay crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Quay crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
