Custom embroidered gear for Register businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Register

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Register, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Register at a community of 166 on 0.8 square miles of Georgia, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Pulaski, GA (5 mi), Statesboro, GA (8 mi), Metter, GA (11 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Stewart, around 40 miles from Register, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Register.

Because Pulaski sits only 5 miles from Register, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Register gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Register customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Register customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Register customers see.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Register addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Register crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
