From single pieces to full crew runs, Reid gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Reid crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Reid address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 0.1 square miles of Reid sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Paramount-Long Meadow, MD (2 mi), Middleburg, MD (2 mi), Fountainhead-Orchard Hills, MD (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Letterkenny Army Depot, around 15 miles from Reid, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Reid.
Embroidery demand around Reid does not stop at the town line. Crews from Paramount-Long Meadow (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Reid customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Reid customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Budget planning for Reid customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Every order ships tracked to Reid addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your reid crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
