Embroidery for Ridgway: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Ridgway, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 809 spread over 0.9 square miles, Ridgway gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Junction, IL (5 mi), Equality, IL (6 mi), Omaha, IL (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Scott Air Force Base sits about 106 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Ridgway.
Embroidery demand around Ridgway does not stop at the town line. Crews from Junction (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Ridgway customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Ridgway customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Ridgway customers see.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Ridgway addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your ridgway crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
