Embroidery in Riner, VA.

Embroidery for Riner: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Riner

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Riner, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Riner to the other, 1.5 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Plum Creek, VA (5 mi), Christiansburg, VA (5 mi), Radford, VA (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Liberty sits about 160 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Riner.

Because Plum Creek sits only 5 miles from Riner, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Riner gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Riner customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Riner customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Riner customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Riner addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Riner crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
