Embroidery for Ringsted: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Ringsted

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Ringsted, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Ringsted at a community of 354 on 1.0 square miles of Iowa, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Fenton, IA (7 mi), Armstrong, IA (7 mi), Lone Rock, IA (11 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Camp Dodge sits about 118 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Ringsted.

Embroidery demand around Ringsted does not stop at the town line. Crews from Fenton (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Ringsted gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Ringsted customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Ringsted customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Ringsted customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pack$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Ringsted addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Ringsted crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
