Embroidery in Rio Rico, AZ.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Rio Rico gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Rio Rico

Rio Rico crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Rio Rico address in 5 to 7 business days.

Rio Rico covers 63.1 square miles of Arizona, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Tumacacori-Carmen, AZ (6 mi), Tubac, AZ (9 mi), Beyerville, AZ (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort Huachuca sits about 40 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Rio Rico.

Because Tumacacori-Carmen sits only 6 miles from Rio Rico, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Rio Rico gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Rio Rico customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Rio Rico customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Rio Rico customers see.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Rio Rico addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Rio Rico crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your rio rico crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
