Embroidery delivered to Rosemount

Rosemount crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Rosemount address in 5 to 7 business days.

Rosemount is home to about 28,000 people across 33.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Coates, MN (3 mi), Inver Grove Heights, MN (6 mi), Apple Valley, MN (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Ripley, roughly 106 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Rosemount.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Minnesota mixes Rosemount crews with neighbors like Coates, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Rosemount gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Rosemount customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Rosemount customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Here is what Rosemount customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Rosemount addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Rosemount crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your rosemount crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
