Embroidery delivered to Rougemont

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Rougemont, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 6.3 square miles of Rougemont sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Stem, NC (11 mi), Butner, NC (11 mi), Roxboro, NC (13 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Seymour Johnson AFB, around 78 miles from Rougemont, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Rougemont.

Because Stem sits only 11 miles from Rougemont, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Rougemont gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Rougemont customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Rougemont customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Rougemont addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your rougemont crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
