Embroidery in Santa Monica, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Santa Monica gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Santa Monica

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Santa Monica, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Santa Monica covers 1.0 square miles of Texas, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Rio Hondo, TX (9 mi), San Perlita, TX (10 mi), Lasana, TX (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Naval Air Station Kingsville, roughly 81 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Santa Monica.

Because Rio Hondo sits only 9 miles from Santa Monica, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Santa Monica gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Santa monica customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Santa Monica customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Santa Monica customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Santa Monica addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Santa Monica crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
