Embroidery in Sells, AZ.

Custom embroidered gear for Sells businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Sells

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Sells, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 9.2 square miles of Sells sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Ali Chukson, AZ (4 mi), Ali Molina, AZ (5 mi), Chiawuli Tak, AZ (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Davis-Monthan AFB, around 61 miles from Sells, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Sells.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Arizona mixes Sells crews with neighbors like Ali Chukson, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Sells gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Sells customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Sells customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Sells addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your sells crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
