Embroidery in Shaw, MS.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Shaw gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Shaw

Shaw crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Shaw address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Shaw at about 1,400 people on 1.1 square miles of Mississippi, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Skene, MS (7 mi), Boyle, MS (8 mi), Cleveland, MS (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Little Rock Air Force Base, around 118 miles from Shaw, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Shaw counted against your roster.

Because Skene sits only 7 miles from Shaw, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Shaw gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Shaw customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Shaw customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Shaw addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Shaw crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your shaw crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
