Embroidery delivered to Sheldon

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Sheldon, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Sheldon is home to about 5,400 people across 4.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Matlock, IA (6 mi), Archer, IA (7 mi), Hospers, IA (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Offutt Air Force Base sits about 139 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Sheldon.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Iowa mixes Sheldon crews with neighbors like Matlock, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Sheldon gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Sheldon customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Sheldon customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Sheldon addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Sheldon crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
