Embroidery in Silas, AL.

Embroidery for Silas: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Silas

Silas crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Silas address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Silas at a community of 365 on 5.2 square miles of Alabama, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Cullomburg, AL (4 mi), Gilbertown, AL (7 mi), Toxey, AL (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Naval Air Station Meridian sits about 48 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Silas.

Embroidery demand around Silas does not stop at the town line. Crews from Cullomburg (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Silas gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Silas customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Silas customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Here is what Silas customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Silas addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your silas crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
