Embroidery delivered to Sims

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Sims, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Sims at a community of 165 on 1.2 square miles of Illinois, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Wayne City, IL (3 mi), Keenes, IL (6 mi), Fairfield, IL (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Scott Air Force Base, around 79 miles from Sims, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Sims.

Embroidery demand around Sims does not stop at the town line. Crews from Wayne City (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Sims gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Sims customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Sims customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Sims customers see.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Sims addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Sims crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
