Embroidery delivered to Sledge

Sledge crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Sledge address in 5 to 7 business days.

Sledge is home to a community of 337 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Falcon, MS (3 mi), Crenshaw, MS (5 mi), Darling, MS (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. NSA Mid-South, around 65 miles from Sledge, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Sledge.

Because Falcon sits only 3 miles from Sledge, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Sledge gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Sledge customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Sledge customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Sledge customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Sledge addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Sledge crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
