Embroidery delivered to Southview

Southview crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Southview address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.9 square miles of Southview sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: McDonald, PA (3 mi), Cecil-Bishop, PA (4 mi), Hickory, PA (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 67 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Southview counted against your roster.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Pennsylvania mixes Southview crews with neighbors like McDonald, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Southview gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Southview customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Southview customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Southview customers see.

Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Southview addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Southview crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
