Spelter covers 0.5 square miles of West Virginia, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Hepzibah, WV (1 mi), Gypsy, WV (2 mi), Lumberport, WV (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 35 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Spelter.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your spelter crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
