Embroidery delivered to Sproul

Sproul crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Sproul address in 5 to 7 business days.

Sproul covers 0.0 square miles of Pennsylvania, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Cotton Town, PA (1 mi), Claysburg, PA (1 mi), Friesville, PA (2 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Letterkenny Army Depot, roughly 49 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Sproul.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Pennsylvania mixes Sproul crews with neighbors like Cotton Town, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Sproul gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Sproul customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Sproul customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Sproul addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Sproul crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Sproul crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
