Embroidery in Stockdale, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Stockdale gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Stockdale

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Stockdale, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Stockdale at about 1,500 people on 1.7 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Nixon, TX (12 mi), La Vernia, TX (13 mi), Poth, TX (13 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Lackland Air Force Base sits about 37 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Stockdale.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Texas mixes Stockdale crews with neighbors like Nixon, 12 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Stockdale gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Stockdale customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Stockdale customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Budget planning for Stockdale customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Stockdale addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Stockdale crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Stockdale crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
