From single pieces to full crew runs, Sugarloaf gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Sugarloaf crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Sugarloaf address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 2.2 square miles of Sugarloaf sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Mountain Meadows, CO (1 mi), Crisman, CO (3 mi), Gold Hill, CO (3 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Buckley Space Force Base sits about 42 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Sugarloaf.
A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Colorado mixes Sugarloaf crews with neighbors like Mountain Meadows, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Sugarloaf customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Sugarloaf customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Here is what Sugarloaf customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Sugarloaf addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
