Embroidery in Surprise, NE.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Surprise gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Surprise

Surprise crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Surprise address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Surprise at a community of 43 on 0.4 square miles of Nebraska, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Ulysses, NE (6 mi), Rising City, NE (7 mi), Gresham, NE (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Offutt Air Force Base sits about 73 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Surprise counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around Surprise does not stop at the town line. Crews from Ulysses (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Surprise gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Surprise customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Surprise customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

What it costs

Here is what Surprise customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Surprise addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
