Embroidery in Teaticket, MA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Teaticket gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Teaticket

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Teaticket, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 1.1 square miles of Teaticket sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Falmouth, MA (1 mi), East Falmouth, MA (2 mi), West Falmouth, MA (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod sits about 12 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Teaticket counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around Teaticket does not stop at the town line. Crews from Falmouth (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Teaticket gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Teaticket customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Teaticket customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Teaticket addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your teaticket crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
