Embroidery in Terramuggus, CT.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Terramuggus gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Terramuggus

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Terramuggus, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Terramuggus to the other, 1.1 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Lake Pocotopaug, CT (3 mi), East Hampton, CT (4 mi), Glastonbury Center, CT (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Coast Guard Academy sits about 28 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Terramuggus.

Because Lake Pocotopaug sits only 3 miles from Terramuggus, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Terramuggus gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Terramuggus customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Terramuggus customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Terramuggus addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Terramuggus crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Terramuggus crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
