Embroidery delivered to Thomson

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Thomson, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,600 people spread over 2.2 square miles, Thomson gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Andover, IA (7 mi), Sabula, IA (8 mi), Fulton, IL (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Rock Island Arsenal sits about 42 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Thomson.

Because Andover sits only 7 miles from Thomson, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Thomson gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Thomson customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Thomson customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Thomson customers see.

Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Thomson addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Thomson crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
