Custom embroidered gear for Tribune businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Tribune crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Tribune address in 5 to 7 business days.
Tribune is home to a community of 713 across 0.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Horace, KS (2 mi), Greeley County, KS (3 mi), Towner, CO (18 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Carson, roughly 164 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Tribune.
A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Kansas mixes Tribune crews with neighbors like Horace, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Tribune customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Tribune customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your tribune crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
