Embroidery in Tully, NY.

Custom embroidered gear for Tully businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Tully

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Tully, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Tully at a community of 891 on 0.7 square miles of New York, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Fabius, NY (7 mi), DeRuyter, NY (12 mi), Homer, NY (12 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Drum, roughly 82 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Tully.

Because Fabius sits only 7 miles from Tully, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Tully gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Tully customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Tully customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Tully addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Tully crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Tully crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
