Embroidery in Tye, TX.

Custom embroidered gear for Tye businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Tye

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Tye, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,200 people spread over 4.8 square miles, Tye gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Abilene, TX (7 mi), Impact, TX (8 mi), Merkel, TX (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Dyess Air Force Base, roughly 7 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Tye.

Embroidery demand around Tye does not stop at the town line. Crews from Abilene (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Tye gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Tye customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Tye customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Tye addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Tye crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
