From single pieces to full crew runs, Vaughn gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Vaughn, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Vaughn at a community of 267 on 5.6 square miles of New Mexico, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Duran, NM (14 mi), Encino, NM (14 mi), Pastura, NM (20 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Kirtland Air Force Base, around 88 miles from Vaughn, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Vaughn.
A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of New Mexico mixes Vaughn crews with neighbors like Duran, 14 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Vaughn customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Vaughn customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Vaughn customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Vaughn addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Vaughn crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
